Most of us come into contact with immovable property law at least once in our life. At such a moment, we are ready to provide you with services both for large development projects and in the preparation or review of contracts relating to purchase and sale, donation, encumbering (in particular in the form of establishment of rights in rem in immovable property, liens and/or rights corresponding to easements), lease or sublease of immovable property and/or a part thereof. Provision of support in any follow-up proceedings before the cadastre office is a norm. With respect to transfers of immovable property against payment, we offer escrow services of our law firm as a safe way of settling the purchase price for the immovable property to be transferred.
