“Working without thinking is useless.” Right from the start of his career with the law firm HAVLÍČEK & PARTNERS, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., Adam, as an intern, became a part of our team thanks to his positive work effort, level of the competence acquired as well as his professional and friendly manners. After graduating from the law faculty, Adam smoothly transferred to the position of a trainee lawyer. Under the supervision of the JUDr. Havlíček, lawyer, Adam has been furthering his legal knowledge and experience, in particular in insolvency, commercial, civil, family and criminal law. In 2022 Adam passed the Bar examination after he had completed his professional training as a legal trainee and now Adam cooperates with our law firm under a contract on permanent provision of legal services as a sole lawyer, which provides legal services mostly in commercial, corporate and civil law.
