JUDr. Jakub Havlíček,

I will offer you the one which I would choose myself if I were in your position.” Jakub is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague from which he graduated in 2005. His professional experience includes work at law firms in Chrudim and Hradec Králové. In 2009, he earned a doctor’s degree, JUDr., at his alma mater. Following the passing of the examination for lawyers in 2009, he worked as an independent attorney-at-law until 1 January 2010 when he established the law firm whose website you are reading, currently called HAVLÍČEK & PARTNERS, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. In the firm, Jakub has been for many years cooperating with lawyers who are his colleagues mostly from the time shortly after establishment of the firm.
In the context of his general practice, Jakub prefers dealing with comprehensive proposals for company restructuring within the framework of mergers and acquisitions, preparation and implementation of development projects and tax inspection issues.
His job is a hobby for him. When he is not working, he likes doing sports – mainly climbing and windsurfing.

JUDr. Eva Kutílková,

“In my work, I make every effort to give my maximum to the client and, to that end, I often sacrifice my sleep.” Eva’s law practice is focused in particular on civil, commercial and criminal law. She provides legal services to both individuals and entrepreneurs, with emphasis on individual approach and comprehensive provision of legal services, from personal consultations, to preparation of legal analyses and opinions, preparation of contractual documentation, actions, written statements and other submissions in individual proceedings, out-of-court negotiations and, last but not least, including representation of clients in proceedings before courts and law enforcement authorities. Eva has considerable experience in provision of legal services relating to division of common and exclusive property of spouses in connection with property division after divorce. In her practice, she also deals with and provides clients with legal advice in the areas of insolvency, corporate and labour law.

Mgr. Adam Friml

“Working without thinking is useless.” Right from the start of his career with the law firm HAVLÍČEK & PARTNERS, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., Adam, as an intern, became a part of our team thanks to his positive work effort, level of the competence acquired as well as his professional and friendly manners. After graduating from the law faculty, Adam smoothly transferred to the position of a trainee lawyer. Under the supervision of the JUDr. Havlíček, lawyer, Adam has been furthering his legal knowledge and experience, in particular in insolvency, commercial, civil, family and criminal law. In 2022 Adam passed the Bar examination after he had completed his professional training as a legal trainee and now Adam cooperates with our law firm under a contract on permanent provision of legal services as a sole lawyer, which provides legal services mostly in commercial, corporate and civil law.

“What I can do today, I did yesterday.” Lucie is in charge of the majority of insolvency services provided by BHJ správci v.o.s., a company acting as an insolvency administrator. Thanks to her diligence and competence, she became a partner in BHJ správci v.o.s. after only one year of working in our firm. Lucie has many years of work experience in finance and now she makes good use of the experience in the area of insolvency. She has a dutiful and professional attitude to clients’ issues but still manages to maintain cooperative and human approach to everyone.
