“Working without thinking is useless.” Right from the start of his career with the law firm HAVLÍČEK & PARTNERS, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., Adam, as an intern, became a part of our team thanks to his positive work effort, level of the competence acquired as well as his professional and friendly manners. After graduating from the law faculty, Adam smoothly transferred to the position of a trainee lawyer. He has been furthering his legal knowledge and experience, in particular in insolvency, commercial, civil, family and criminal law. Adam attends all court hearings and out-of-court negotiations and, under the guidance of his legal trainer, JUDr. Havlíček, he provides legal advice in the form of preparation of opinions, statements, various contracts etc.

From time to time, he replaces his enthusiasm for law with historical fencing, guitar playing and fantasy and sci-fi literature.
