JUDr. Jakub HAVLÍČEK

Lawyer and partner in the law office

Jakub Havlíček is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. In terms of his work experience, Jakub worked in a law office in Hradec Králové and after having passed his bar exams, he worked as an independent lawyer.

In his work, Jakub focuses on real estate law and contractual law, with an emphasis on obligations resulting from commercial relations. In terms of his work, Jakub has covered implementation of development projects and PPP projects.

JUDr. Jiří JANEBA

Jiří Janeba is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. Before founding the Law Office of HAVLÍČEK & JANEBA, Jiří worked as a lawyer in a renowned law office. Jiří undertook an internship in the USA in 2004 in the Law Office of McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma City, where he worked in the Corporate and Securities team and gained experience in the fields of merger, acquisition and due diligence.

In terms of his work, Jiří focuses on corporate law, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions. In terms of his work, he has arranged a joint venture with foreign participation in the field of power engineering and has represented a group with a global field of competence over the long term.
